As a seasoned crypto investor with a knack for navigating the volatile digital asset market, I’ve seen my fair share of twists and turns. The recent statements from Shytoshi Kusama and Kaal Dhairya have sparked my curiosity, and I can’t help but be intrigued by their plans for SHIB.
As a dedicated researcher, I’ve been closely following the developments in the world of SHIB. Recently, the elusive figure known as Shytoshi Kusama, the lead on this project, issued a warning about potential new threats he referred to as “bad actors.” He made it clear that these malicious plans would not go unchallenged and that the SHIB team is prepared to counteract any such actions.
Shytoshi promises to defend DAO
In a dream, Kusama claimed he received an insight about the “shadowcats’ scheme” for seizing control over the governance structure of the DAO (Decentralized Autonomous Organization) that the Shiba Inu team is developing. This DAO aims to transfer the governing functions across the ecosystem to every Shiba Inu holder, regardless of their stake size.
According to an article written by SHIB’s Marketing Lead, Lucie, and posted on her X account towards the end of August, the implementation of the DAO will provide Shibizens (SHIB users) with increased authority over decisions that influence the ecosystem.
Currently, Shytoshi Kusama has expressed on Twitter that the previously mentioned strategy is essentially a repetition of old tactics, with new participants involved. He asserted that no scheme targeting SHIB or DAO will prevail due to their readiness to respond swiftly and effectively, mitigating potential harm: “Prepared strategies are in place for such responses.
It took a brief spell for me to grasp this, but it surfaced in a dream: the shadowcats appear to be plotting to seize control of the dao. This scheme is reminiscent of their old tactics, with fresh players involved. However, I’m confident that they won’t succeed because we’ve put measures in place specifically for situations like this.

Top SHIB dev’s “big ideas” for SHIB burn upgrade
In a recently published tweet, top SHIB developer Kaal Dhairya revealed that he has got “some big ideas” that could be included in the Shiba Inu ecosystem – in particular for token burns.
He did not reveal any details but said that he has been working, while “others sit back expecting results without effort.”
Instead of idly waiting for outcomes without putting in the work, it’s important to understand that harmony doesn’t automatically return. I’m brimming with innovative suggestions that could significantly enhance our environment (for fire symbol).

This tweet was posted following a lively discussion on platform X over the weekend, during which Kaal Dhairya participated actively. His aim was to clarify to critics that the SHIB team does not control Shiba Inu burns. He emphasized that “reducing supply and burning tokens is a collective effort.
As the perceived value or usage (utility) of Shibarium increases, so too will the rate at which tokens are destroyed (burns), according to the developer. He further mentioned that the current automated SHIB burning system will be temporarily unavailable for maintenance in order to implement a more efficient and cost-effective burn mechanism.
Regarding burns, it’s worth noting that over the past month, as per the Shibburn tracker, an unprecedented 3,162,301,655 SHIB tokens have been removed from circulation by the community and developers in 167 separate transactions to inactive wallets.
