The Glocke Drop Controller is a special reward in Black Ops 7 Zombies, only available on this particular map. You automatically receive one when you activate the Pack-a-Punch machine, but you can also craft more using the Crafting Table. The question is, are the extra ones worth the effort?
Let’s break down the Glocke Drop – how it functions, what rewards it offers, and whether it’s a better choice than traditional Scorestreaks.
How to Get the Glocke Drop Controller in Totenreich
Once you’ve unlocked Pack-a-Punch (see our guide for instructions), you’ll be able to obtain the Glocke Drop Controller.
You get your first Glocke Drop Controller as part of the story, but you’ll have opportunities to use it again later, so don’t worry if you don’t get much use out of it right away.
You can get Glocke Drops by buying them at the Crafting Table for 2,000 Salvage. You can also try fishing in Totenreich for a chance to get the Glocke Drop Controller, but it’s not as consistent as purchasing them with Salvage.
If you choose to play as Richtofen, completing his unique side Easter Egg will unlock the Drop Pod Controller Scorestreak!
How to Use the Glocke Drop Controller in Totenreich
The Glocke Drop is a special ability you can earn in the game. To use it, press Down on the D-pad to choose where you want it to land, then press R2 or RT to confirm. While it can hit zombies directly, the most useful part of the Glocke Drop is what happens after it lands.
After you deploy the Glocke Drop, it will repeatedly send out a shockwave that lifts zombies into the air and holds them there. You can then shoot them down to eliminate them, or simply let them fall and take damage from the impact. The Glocke Drop does this about five times.
Is the Glocke Drop Worth Using in Totenreich?
For players who are new to the game or just playing casually, we suggest the Glocke Drop Controller. However, it’s not ideal for advanced strategies or high rounds. It lacks the raw power to quickly eliminate tough enemies like Necropincers, and it doesn’t offer the same level of protection and flexibility as the Disciple Injection.
The Glocke Drop is a great item because it briefly lifts zombies into the air, making them easy to hit. Plus, if you manage to defeat all the floating zombies three times, you’ll unlock special rewards!
Okay, so the Glocke Drop is this big thing that spins and drops loot – and get this, sometimes that loot can actually be the Jotunn Star Wonder Weapon! It’s so exciting trying to get it!
