As a long-time fan of Adventure Time, I am beyond excited to see Marceline joining the roster of MultiVersus! Having grown up watching Finn and Jake’s adventures, I never imagined seeing my beloved Vampire Queen take on opponents in this epic crossover game. The trailer showcasing her bass guitar axe attacks, vampire bat form, and rhythm-boosted moves is nothing short of amazing!

It’s been officially announced that the character known as Marceline, the Vampire Queen, will join the game MultiVersus. Players will be able to choose her starting December 17th, thereby increasing the number of Adventure Time characters available in the multiplayer game MultiVersus.

Initially, it was Finn and Jake from “Adventure Time” who entered the fray in the fighting game, introducing an assassin-type character (Finn) and a heavy hitter (Jake). Finn quickly rose to become one of the strongest fighters within MultiVersus, while Jake’s former dominance in the meta has waned somewhat. The third addition to MultiVersus came as quite a surprise – the Banana Guard was introduced, bringing yet another bruiser into the game and a charming jester-like character.

Starting December 17th, the game MultiVersus has confirmed that the Vampire Queen from the beloved cartoon series Adventure Time, Marceline, will be joining the roster. The latest trailer showcases her engaging in combat with various characters. Her unique abilities include wielding a bass guitar axe to inflict damage, transforming into a vampire bat to grab, bash, and jab opponents, and boosting her attacks with the rhythm of the music. As per the official announcement, players can purchase Marceline for 1000 Gleamium or $9.99, or use one character ticket if they own the Founder’s Pack. A bundle priced at $29.99 will also be available, including the Sun Hat skin, the Drop the Bass taunt, and additional items. From December 20th onwards, players can acquire Marceline using 6000 Fighter currency, or through Fighter Road, in addition to the previously mentioned methods.

As Marceline makes her entry, the play area in MultiVersus will expand to include the Candy Kingdom map, a well-known location from Adventure Time starting December 17. From this date onwards, players will encounter Rogue Rifts, a daily-limit version of Rifts, which are set to debut. The first Rogue Rift event will run from January 14, 2025, to February 4, 2025. By successfully completing each challenge during this period, players stand a chance to obtain the Abominable Mountaineer skin for Jason.

Players have eagerly anticipated Marceline’s arrival in MultiVersus, as numerous leaks about the character’s inclusion have surfaced over time. This forthcoming event marks the fourth update of Season 4, which started on November 12 and has already confirmed the debuts of both Marceline and Raven from Teen Titans. The initial update brought new events, Arena mode, and Fighter Road – a novel method for unlocking fighters – in addition to introducing Raven. Since then, subsequent updates have included adjustments such as buffs, nerfs, and repairs for characters and maps.
