As a seasoned player of Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp Complete, I can’t help but appreciate the finer details that make this game so engaging. One such detail is the elusive yet incredibly useful item called Fertilizer. Now, I’ve played my fair share of farming games in real life and virtual ones, and let me tell you, nothing beats the satisfaction of instant gratification when it comes to growing fruit!
In the game Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp Complete, Fertilizer isn’t the same as Plant Food. Instead, it’s an item that can swiftly cause fruit trees to produce fruit instantly. This feature is handy if you have animal requests that demand fruit and your fruit trees in Pocket Camp Complete are taking more than an hour to grow. However, keep in mind that Fertilizer isn’t as common as the items you typically gather or craft, so use it sparingly when it’s essential.
Where to Get Fertilizer
How to Use Gulliver’s Ship
In the game Pocket Camp Complete, you can acquire Fertilizer free of charge by accomplishing your Daily Tasks each Monday. Once you finish all four tasks set for Monday, you’ll receive one bag of Fertilizer as a reward. Here are the tasks scheduled for Monday:
- Pick up a *fruit (ex: pear, orange)
- Harvest 3 fruits
- Pick up 5 fruits
- Complete 5 requests for visiting animals
In your daily objectives, you’ll find references to fruits that aren’t native to our region, such as apples, pears, and peaches. Each player might have a unique list of fruits to focus on.
You also have a chance of getting Fertilizer from golden balloon gifts that appear on the map.
If you’ve been sailing with Gulliver’s Ship, you might have come across an island called Fructose Island. This island requires 600 units of cargo and takes two hours to reach. At Fructose Island, you can find three souvenirs, one of which is a set of 3 Fertilizers. Upon completing Fructose Island, you’ll receive another set of 3 Fertilizers as a reward for completion.
Gulliver’s Ship can take the following export items to Fructose island:
Item | Points |
---|---|
Plain Package | 30 |
Pear | 50 |
Peach | 50 |
Cherry | 50 |
Perfect Peach | 100 |
Perfect Pear | 100 |
Perfect Cherry | 100 |
Golden Package | 600 |
How to Use Fertilizer
Every Fruit Tree Location in Pocket Camp Complete
As long as no fruits are present on a tree, you can apply fertilizer to help it bear fruit again. To do this, simply tap the fertilizer icon located above the tree and confirm when prompted. This action will cause the tree’s existing fruit to grow back instantly. However, be aware that using fertilizer will not increase the total number of fruits the tree can produce; you’ll still only be able to collect three fruits, just like you would without fertilizer.
If you tap on a tree without any Fertilizer, you’ll be asked to spend Leaf Tokens instead.
- Fruit trees, including your local fruit tree, grow in Breezy Hollow or Lost Lure Creek.
- Coconut Trees grow on Sunburst Island and Saltwater Shores.
In the game “Pocket Camp Complete,” five types of fruits – Peaches, Cherries, Apples, Pears, and Oranges – are referred to as common fruits. You can expect to find these fruit trees in both Breezy Hollow and Lost Lure Creek. On the other hand, Grapes, Lychee Berries, and Lemons are considered local fruits. The specific tree for a local fruit in either Breezy Hollow or Lost Lure Creek varies based on your game version. In this game, you won’t be able to obtain any non-local fruit unless it’s given as a gift from another camper at Whistle Pass.
