In the latest Feybreak update for Palworld, fresh Pals have been added, with a mix of those that are simply color variations and others that boast unique, innovative designs.
While the re-colored versions of Pals’ variations are quite acceptable, there’s a palpable excitement among everyone as they eagerly anticipate catching the fresh and distinct Pals on Feybreak Island.
Some characters will significantly enhance your team, while others will join you for diverse journeys. Some excel at scouting, while others prove loyal during hardships.
Without further ado, let’s meet the top 7 Feybreak Companions who will assist you during your adventure in Palpagos Island.
7. Nyafia
Shot-Nyan Mode
Partner Skill | Nyafia fires a shotgun at nearby enemies for a limited time |
---|---|
Work Suitability | Handiwork Lv3 |
Gathering Lv2 | |
Lumbering Lv2 | |
Transporting Lv2 |
Playing the game solo might occasionally feel isolating. It’s nice to have company, which is exactly what Nyafia offers.
In this scenario, the ally stays close during battles and, upon activation of its passive ability, it takes out a shotgun to pursue your adversaries.
The harm isn’t major, but you’ll never be alone during dungeon delving or overworld expeditions.
A more natural way of expressing this could be: “The optimal scenario would be to utilize Nyafia when your objective is to disable Anti-Air missile towers spread across the island. Guards will be present at these towers, and by employing Nyafia, you can neutralize some of these enemies.
6. Omascul
Masquerade Dance
Partner Skill | While in the team, the Pals in the team gain more experience points |
---|---|
Work Suitability | Gathering Lv1 |
Omascul lacks a shotgun, instead, he boasts an exceptional talent for mentoring companions, helping them learn and develop.
For a player like me, who often finds myself short on experience books and encounters new companions from time to time, it’s astonishing to discover that a teammate can bestow experience points upon other allies without any active interaction.
With more experience points, their level increases and unlocks new skills that can be equipped.
If you’re exploring Feybreak Island with new Pals, I highly recommend having Omascul on your team.
5. Nitemary
Soul Collector
Partner Skill | While fighting together, Pals drop more Pals Souls when defeated |
---|---|
Work Suitability | Handiwork Lv3 |
Transporting Lv2 |
Isn’t it amusing that its name is frightening, yet this creature is adorable! Unlike regular companions who assist you in quietly gathering resources at your base, Nitemary requires a hands-on strategy.
Having Nitemary as your companion will help you acquire more Pal Hearts, essential for boosting Pal’s abilities at the Statue of Power. Obtaining these hearts can be a bit tricky, and higher-level ones are particularly difficult to find.
Even though we may transform other souls into Pal Souls, we initially require Pal Souls. This is where Nitemary becomes useful, as it boosts the likelihood of obtaining Pal Souls, thereby making it simpler to get more of them.
4. Smokie
Dig, Dog! Dig!
Partner Skill | Detects nearby Chromite; while fighting together, a large amount of Chromite is obtained. |
---|---|
Work Suitability | Gathering Lv2 |
As a devoted fan, I’d have to say that the aspect of Feybreak update that truly captivates me is the harmonious blend of exploration and base management, accompanied by the introduction of indigenous materials such as Nightstar Sand, Chromite, and Hexolite Quartz from Feybreak Island. These new resources add an exciting layer to my gameplay experience!
One of the less common minerals is Chromite, as it requires a metal detector for detection. However, fret not, as our trusty companion Smokie handles that issue effectively.
Apart from aiding in the identification of Chromite, Smokie additionally assists in acquiring greater amounts of Chromite during combat. To me, this makes Smokie an exceptional ally as it will contribute to increased production of Hexolite for your armor, weapons, and infrastructure in the future.
3. Tarantriss
Tarantriss’s Web
Partner Skill | While mounted, it shoots spider silk to grapple and enable rapid movement |
---|---|
Work Suitability | Handiwork Lv2 |
Gathering Lv2 | |
Medicine Production Lv2 | |
Transporting Lv2 |
Friendly Neighborhood Web-Slinger, has the power to do what a spider does, which translates to enhancing your skills for moving around and discovering new places.
Climbing crags and boulders to explore novel locales is genuinely enjoyable, and it’s a very distinct experience compared to soaring through the air or sprinting across the terrain below.
This individual seems more like a generalist rather than a specialist in job-related skills, but they make up for it by having incredible web-swinging talents, which makes our time away from work with them incredibly fun.
If you’re seeking a versatile companion who can handle a wide range of tasks, Tarantriss could be just what you need. Whether it’s work at your home, exploration, or anything else you might think of, Tarantriss is capable.
2. Azurmane
Plasma Dash
Partner Skill | Allows dashing in the air and moving at high speed |
---|---|
Work Suitability | Generating Electricity Lv4 |
Gathering Lv1 |
I really enjoy playing games that allow me to dart around, particularly during combat scenarios. The recent Feybreak update introduces jump and dash footwear, which aligns perfectly with the agile style of play in Azurmane.
Your character’s agile abilities and your Pal’s equipment are indispensable in battles where quick maneuvers to dodge enemy strikes are essential. Oil rigs and boss raids often involve Pals capable of dealing heavy damage to your character, making it imperative to evade those attacks skillfully.
Regardless of whether you bring Azurmane along, it will fully charge your facilities and ensure their continuous operation. In my opinion, Azurmane makes an excellent choice for both exploration missions and as your primary base.
1. Xenolord
Meteor Wings
Partner Skill | Significantly increases movement speed while flying |
---|---|
Work Suitability | Gathering Lv1 |
It’s hard to comprehend why a boss with such a monstrous demeanor is suitable for team gatherings! It seems odd that an alien, who easily defeated my army, enjoys farming crops. I’m still struggling to understand the concept of Work Suitabilities.
As a devoted admirer, I must say that Xenolord truly holds its own against Jetdragon in the realm of flying mounts. With a greater reserve of Stamina compared to Jetdragon, I can vouch for Xenolord’s ability to sustain flight longer, ensuring you can traverse any corner of the map with ease.
As a gamer, I can vouch that Jetdragon undeniably boasts a speed unmatched, but let me tell you, Xenolord isn’t a snail either, making them an exceptional duo for Flying mounts. Yet, the challenge lies in acquiring Xenolord – it’s as elusive as a phantom. The sole method to get your hands on one is by conquering the raid, and trust me, it’s not a walk in the park, even with the world settings maxed out.
If you don’t manage to conquer the Xenolord Raid boss, there’s no chance of obtaining the egg. But it’s definitely worth trying! Rally your team, give it your best shot, and let’s take down the Xenolord together!
