Nintendo has teamed up with Universal Studios, allowing them to loan alarm clocks called Alarmo to guests staying at their hotels. This collaboration presents a chance for Nintendo enthusiasts to test out the Alarmo before making a purchase.

Upon check-in, hotel guests can pick up the Alarmo unit and an AC adapter from the front desk, then proceed to set it up in their own room. There’s no indication that there will be any extra charge for using the Alarmo during this period.

In Japan, however, the release date for Alarmo in physical stores has been postponed from February to an undisclosed later date.
