If your Parafolks need more space in Paralives, you can buy a new lot and move them! Many players start with a small home and a single Para, but as their family grows, they might want something bigger. Luckily, switching homes and selling your old one is simple. Here’s a guide on how to move and split households in Paralives.
How To Move Out In Paralives
To move to a different house, zoom out to get a view of the town and select a new lot. Before you decide, always visit the house first to check out the inside and the furniture. This will help you determine if it’s the right place for you.
After a lot finishes loading, players can view all its details, including the house’s design and any furniture it contains.
If none of the houses for sale grab you, don’t worry! You can always buy an empty lot and build your dream home from our amazing library of designs. Just purchase the lot, then head over to the town view and click the ‘Place lot from the library’ button – it’s super easy!
Other than the pre-made houses, you also see the lots you created and saved.
After you find a house you like, buy it through the town view to make it yours. This will give you two houses. You can choose to keep both and use them, divide your household between them, or sell your original house to earn Paradimes.
To sell your property, go to the old house while looking at the town and click the red button. Confirm the sale to get your money, then you can move to your new lot.
How To Split Household In Paralives
In Paralives, you can separate households by going into town view and selecting the “Split Household” button – it’s the one highlighted in blue.
You’ll see a list of Parafolks living on the lot next to your household funds. This works much like it does in The Sims 4, so players familiar with that game will easily understand it. Simply add the Parafolk you want to split off into the provided box, along with any Paradimes, and confirm the split. You’ll instantly be able to control the new household.
If you don’t own another lot, players have to purchase one or the Para won’t have a place to live.
