Wave of the Future Challenges Overview in 007 First Light

Challenge Description How to Complete
Pacifist: Wave of the Future Complete “Pacifist protocols” and “Surrender”. Pacifist Protocols and Surrender are two challenges that we’ve got listed below.
Ghost: Wave of the Future Complete “Hide and seek” and “Stay stealthy”. Hide and Seek and Stay Stealthy are two stealth-related challenges that are listed below.
Assault: Wave of the Future Complete “No time to reload” and “Server breakdown”. No Time to Reload and Server Breakdown are two challenges that you can find more information on below.
Hide and Seek Complete Gatehouse trespassing without being detected. The Gatehouse is the first combat encounter, which starts with you taking out the guard on the right, and Isola taking out the guard on the left. We have a guide for navigating this area in stealth below.
Knock Knock Knock out David Somerset in the toilet. David Somerset is in the restroom during the objective to fetch the keycards. Simply talk to him, exit the conversation, and smash in the door to knock him out.
First Day at Work Complete all opportunities in Robotics. There are two opportunities in Robotics. You need to head to the left and activate the shooting range, then hack the wall behind the android and shoot the android behind him with a barrel. Then, head to the right and make the woman leave the test with a Phone Dart, and while the robot mimics your actions, punch the glass.
Special Intelligence Task Force Bail out Isola when she is recognized by Lindsey. Continue through the mission, and Isola will start a conversation with Lindsey, and you can press Square/X to intervene.
Pacifist Protocols Complete Gantries and Utility Floor without shooting anyone. The Gantries and Utility Floor are the two encounters that need ot be done during stealth, so just don’t use your gun in these sections. We have a dedicated walkthrough below to help you complete this challenge.
Death From Above Takedown 3 Webb guards from above in the Utility space. In the Utility Floor, use the Q-Lens to find ledges that you can climb, then bait enemies towards you with Lure or distractions, and use a takedown from above a total of 3 times.
Deadly Delivery Kill an enemy with a proximity mine placed on a robot vacuum cleaner. UNSOLVED. This is the one challenge we haven’t been able to figure out just yet.
Server Breakdown Kill a Webb guard with an exploding server module. Use the Q-Lens, and some servers, when highlighted, can be exploded. Use the Missile Pen or the Laser Strap to make them explode.
Attention to Detail Open the safe. When tasked with upgrading your ID Badge, you can find the safe on the left side of the lower floor in an office, under the desk. You will need to distract the two NPCs inside.
Snoop Around Find a math puzzle. On the outside desk of the lower floor you can find the Office Key. Take it upstairs and inside the locker, you can examine the math puzzle note.
Surrender Talk to a guard and turn yourself in. In the same area where you need to upgrade your ID Badge, you can look to the left of the security guard and find an office floor. Distract the three people inside and read the memo, and then speak with the guard outside.
Expert Marksman Kill 10 enemies with headshots in the Command Center. The Command Center is where you can use the License to Kill, so just shoot 10 enemies in the head in this area.
Proxy Agent Hack 5 servers in “Red alert”. In the Command Center, simply use the Q-Watch to hack the floor panels, which count as servers.
Stay Stealthy Eliminate 4 enemies without alerting anyone in “Red alert”. You need to use the Missile Pen on the two explosive servers when the armored guards approach, then use the Silenced Pistol to kill a guard on the left and right. This isn’t for takedowns, it’s for eliminations, and we have a guide below to show you.
No Time to Reload Kill enemies with 5 different firearms during a single combat encounter. This is also done in the Command Center. Just pick up any gun you find and shoot an enemy, then take their gun. Make sure you use a total of 5 different guns.
Going Down? Throw all the guards off the freight lift as it descends. Activate the elevator in the Command Center, and enemies will try to fist-fight you when it descends. Just use R2/RT to throw them off the railings.
Terminated Crush the rogue android. You can crush the first robot with the servers, so use the Q-Watch!
Wrecking Baller Use Wreckie to destroy 15 androids without taking any damage during “Wreaking havoc” or “A daring escape”. Just kill every robot you see with Wreckie and avoid letting the robots touch you. This will be easier in the second robot encounter, as there are far more of them.
Perfect Strike Use Wreckie to destroy 10 androids in one roll during “Wreaking havoc” or “A daring escape”. This is easy, and we’ve got a guide for this below. Just farm up all the robots in the second encounter (destroy two generators to make more spawn) and when you have over 10, let Wreckie crush them.
Icecap-Tain Use an iceberg as a jump during the boat chase. During the boat chase, stick to the left, and you’ll be able to go up a ramp (past the first unavoidable ramp).
Running Man Complete the chase after Isola without failing. For this challenge, you just need to run after Isola and chase her down on the boat without having to retry. You can try again from the checkpoint, as this will reset your progress. Just avoid mines, and you’ll be fine.

Hide and Seek and Pacifist Protocols Challenges in 007 First Light

After successfully navigating the Gantries undetected, you’ll face a two-part challenge called Hide and Seek. This requires you to sneak through the Gantries without firing your weapon, and then repeat the same stealthy approach during a later encounter in the Utility room.

This video shows exactly how we completed both the Hide and Seek and Pacifist Protocols challenges. Watch along to see our strategy for avoiding the guards and succeeding in both encounters.

Stay Stealthy, Proxy Agent, No Time to Reload, and Going Down Challenges in 007 First Light

The hardest part of this section is remaining undetected. Remember, you need to eliminate enemies, not just incapacitate them. We used the Missile Pen on the two servers guarded by armed personnel. If timed correctly—as demonstrated in the video—it will take out three guards at once. After that, simply finish off the remaining guard with a headshot using your silenced pistol.

Okay, so the other challenges aren’t too bad! For Proxy Agent, all you do is use the Q-Watch to mess with the floor servers – raise ’em, lower ’em, it’s pretty straightforward. No Time to Reload is exactly what it sounds like: just grab any gun you find – shotguns, ARs, pistols, whatever – and start taking people out. And Going Down? Super easy, just hit R2 or RT to chuck enemies off the elevator. Honestly, it’s kind of fun!

Terminated, Wrecking Baller, and Perfect Strike Challenges in 007 First Light

Once you take the elevator down, you’ll immediately see an android. For the ‘Terminated’ challenge, defeating him is simple: look to your left and activate the server to bring it down. Then, lead the android underneath it, and activate the server again to crush him instantly.

Wrecking Baller and Perfect Strike are fairly simple, but they take some time. In the second area, after you pass the fan and encounter Wreckie and the robots, you’ll need to destroy two generators to make more robots appear. Then, line up about fifteen robots and send Wreckie through them.
