As a devoted fan, I’m thrilled about the recent update, Patch 1.010.01.00 for Monster Hunter Wilds! This update has addressed numerous technical hiccups, including some pesky ones that were causing the game to unexpectedly shut down. With this latest patch, it’s clear that Capcom is diligently refining Monster Hunter Wilds, ensuring they iron out the most critical bugs before unveiling more captivating content in our beloved action RPG.
This year, “Monster Hunter Wilds” has emerged as one of Capcom’s top-performing games, combining commercial success with widespread critical praise. The majority of critics have lauded “Monster Hunter Wilds”, and the game currently boasts an average score of 89 on OpenCritic.
Currently, Capcom has rolled out an update for Monster Hunter Rise, named Patch 1.010.01.00, primarily focusing on squashing a few persistent bugs. This patch resolves some severe recurring issues, like the game freezing when interacting with Nata or Sekka for trade, or when players outfit their hunters in specific equipment before launching Monster Hunter Rise. Additionally, it addresses other significant problems such as Palamutes failing to ride Seikret in certain scenes, certain gestures affecting the hunter’s movement, allowing players to bring personal weapons to Arena Quests and Challenge Quests, and more. To apply this update, all players merely need to shut down Monster Hunter Rise, then restart it while connected online.
This bug-fixing modification follows closely behind the substantial Title Update 1 for Monster Hunter Wilds, which dropped in April earlier. The significant update enriched the game with additional content, including new weapons, armor, and quests; however, it also brought about a handful of issues, such as the game freezing when interacting with Nata and requesting Sekka.
Even though some issues remain unresolved, Monster Hunter Wilds has been an incredible best-seller. In less than a month, it managed to sell over 10 million units, making it Capcom’s fastest-selling game ever. The anticipation is high that Capcom will swiftly address any remaining glitches in the action RPG without delay.
Recently, Capcom unveiled additional details about the forthcoming content for Monster Hunter Rise. At that point, it was made clear that the game would see further updates and additions shortly, including a limited-time event called Festival of Accord: Blossomdance, running from April 22 to May 6. Title Update 2 is anticipated to drop during summer and will deliver additional content for the RPG. Furthermore, besides these free updates, Monster Hunter Rise is scheduled to offer a paid DLC this summer, featuring new cosmetics.
