Shiba Inu Rolls Out Major Update For Shiba Eternity: Details

The group responsible for Shiba Eternity, a CCG based on the Shiba Inu cryptocurrency, has shared exciting news about an upgrade to their collectible card game. According to Lucie (@LucieSHIB), the project’s marketing lead, and Mazrael.shib (@Mazrael), a team member from the ecosystem, this update was revealed on X. This enhancement package focuses on enhancing the player experience and adding new features to the game.

“Exciting news from Lucie and the Shiba Eternity Team! They’ve been working diligently, and I’m pleased to share that the initial phase of their project is live. Yesterday, they made some improvements, but their momentum doesn’t stop there – they’re now focusing on incorporating new features and fine-tuning the system.”

Later, Lucie shared thrilling new developments. Among them were improvements for kibbles and Shiboshis. Moreover, she hinted at an imminent play-to-earn feature, encouraging Leash, Shiboshi, and SHEB token holders to get ready for testing the game on Shibarium.

Mazrael gave more information about the new features in the Shiba Eternity update, highlighting its emphasis on addressing technical problems and enhancing gameplay experience. “The long-awaited major update for #ShibaEternity is out now, packed with numerous improvements such as bug corrections and performance boosts,” he announced.

He brought attention to important solutions, like the Princess Andromeda card malfunctioning and problems with Stealth fighter cards leading to lag in the game, which have since been effectively dealt with.

The initial build of Shiba Eternity has been released, bringing significant performance enhancements that aim to provide a smoother and more captivating gaming experience on Android and iOS devices. As Mazrael explained, “We’ve addressed numerous issues, including Princess Andromeda not functioning correctly and Stealth fighters momentarily freezing the game.”

Looking Ahead: The Future Of Shiba Inu’s Shiba Eternity

The Shiba Inu team is not only working on immediate enhancements but also planning for the beta stage of the play-to-earn (P2E) edition of Shiba Eternity. This transition to a P2E structure marks a substantial change, enabling players to generate rewards directly from their gaming activities.

The beta testing stage, set to start around mid-year, comes after thorough testing to rectify issues discovered in the game created by PlaySide Studios. According to recent updates, the team aims to roll out the Play-to-Earn (P2E) version for this testing phase once they have resolved the bugs.

The excitement among Shiba Inu community members for the beta testing of their Play-to-Earn (P2E) version is noticeable, as players anxiously look forward to formal updates about the start of this testing phase. The non-Play-to-Earn version of Shiba Eternity, released in October 2022, has already experienced significant growth, with more than 100,000 downloads from the Google PlayStore alone.

The community’s backing has played a crucial role in our achievement, with initiatives like regular tournaments offering a $1,000 reward, aimed at boosting the game’s exposure and attracting more players.

At press time, SHIB traded at $0.00002797.
