Amazon Prime Gaming Giving Away 28 Games in September

As a seasoned gamer with decades of backlog accumulation under my belt, I must admit that the September gaming bonanza is a double-edged sword. On one hand, I am thrilled to see such an impressive lineup of titles being given away for free through Amazon Prime Gaming. From the critically acclaimed Middle-Earth series to the quirky indie games like Cursed to Golf and XHell Pie, there’s something here for everyone.

It seems that September promises to add numerous high-profile games like Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2 and Starfield: Shattered Space to your queue. To sweeten (or intensify, depending on how you feel about game backlogs) the deal, Amazon Prime Gaming is offering a whopping 28 free games this month!

28 selected games are distributed across the entire month, with approximately half of them immediately accessible for download from various digital marketplaces once added to your Amazon Prime account. Subsequently, games will be released on September 12th, 19th, and 26th. In total, you’ll have the opportunity to secure the following titles in September:
