With an impressive roster of games from Dungeons and Dragons to Sifu, this series has managed to capture the essence of gaming in a way few others have.

Amazon’s game-inspired animated anthology Secret Level has been renewed for a second season.

According to Variety’s report, “Secret Level” became Amazon’s record-breaking debut for an animated series, with a staggering 155.3 million minutes watched just in the United States. This corresponds to approximately 1.4 million complete views, each lasting 109 minutes.

According to the latest news, while the show has indeed been granted another season, the specific games they’ll feature remain under wraps at this time.

Season 1 of Secret Level included Dungeons and Dragons, Sifu, Pac-Man, Armored Core, The Outer Worlds, Concord, and more. The series’ cast included a star-studded cast, including Arnold Schwarzenegger, Kevin Hart, Keanu Reeves, Temuera Morrison, Ariana Greenblatt, Heaven Hart, Emily Swallow, Gabriel Luna, Ricky Whittle, Patrick Schwarzenegger, Merle Dandridge, Claudia Doumit, Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje, Clive Standen, Laura Bailey and Michael Beach.

According to reports, it’s confirmed that the original series creator, Tim Miller – who was also at the helm for the first Deadpool film – will be involved in directing Season 2 as well.
