Refreshing the identities and streamlining structures of its subsidiaries isn’t an unfamiliar approach for Nintendo; they’ve done it plenty of times in the past. Yet, this current business transformation seems to carry a greater weight compared to some of their past reform initiatives, perhaps due to the strategic timing involved.

Previously, I would purchase my preferred sports games annually without any second thoughts; it was simply expected of me.
