Early on, players found a lot of success with combinations like Cassidy, Soldier: 76, and Reinhardt when using the Jetpack Cat ability. Cassidy worked well because of the already popular “Sky Noons” strategy, where the cowboy teams up with Lifeweaver to launch into the air and target enemies. Jetpack Cat made this even easier. Similarly, a Soldier: 76 using his Tactical Visor while flying, and a Reinhardt flanking with Earthshatter were both very strong. However, it’s now becoming clear that Orisa and Jetpack Cat are the most effective combination.

Instead of focusing on keeping costs low to attract more players, companies like Sony seem to be preparing for a future where consoles will be more expensive to buy upfront.

Mega Crit has consistently updated the game, regularly releasing patches and fixes to keep things fresh. A significant update in March 2026 addressed player feedback by restoring the original effects of the Silent’s Prepared card and strengthening key Necrobinder cards like Capture Spirit and Borrowed Time. It also included numerous gameplay improvements. Now, the developers are launching another large patch designed to significantly change the game.
