‘Bitcoin Bull Run Starts Monday,’ Satoshi’s Message to NBA Legend Says

As a seasoned analyst with over two decades of experience in the financial markets and sports industries, I find Scottie Pippen’s recent tweet about Satoshi Nakamoto predicting a Bitcoin bull run to be an interesting, albeit peculiar, development.

A well-known former NBA player, Scottie Pippen, has been generating controversy by sharing stories on social media that he had a dream conversation with Satoshi Nakamoto, who allegedly shared confidential insights about forthcoming fluctuations in the price of Bitcoin.

This time, Pippen again claimed that he received an insight from the mysterious Bitcoin creator.

“Bull run starts Monday”

In a recent tweet, Pippen shared that in his dream last night, Satoshi appeared with a basketball. As reported by the NBA player, the mysterious Bitcoin creator delivered a concise message this time around, hinting that a new Bitcoin surge will begin as early as next week.

According to Pippen’s account, provided by Satoshi, CZ was said to be “free.” Shortly after, Satoshi instructed him to attend a basketball practice.

I had an unusual dream last night. In it, Satoshi Nakamoto appeared with a basketball. He made a brief, encouraging statement: “CZ is now free. The price surge starts on Monday.” Then he instructed me to get the @Game5Ball and prepare for practice. #ThinkLikeSatoshi#OptimisticAboutBitcoin #OptimisticAboutBNB 🏀— Scottie Pippen (@ScottiePippen) September 27, 2024

Among the responses to his tweets, some people speculated whether it was actually Scottie Pippen who posted it or if it was a cryptocurrency social media team trying to capitalize on the opportunity: “This isn’t Scottie posting. It’s a crypto team exploiting the situation.

According to U.Today, in early September, Scottie Pippen shared a tweet stating that, for the first time, he had a dream encounter with Satoshi, who predicted that the value of Bitcoin would reach $84,650 by November 5th.

Binance creator released from prison

September 27th marked the day when Changpeng Zhao, a co-founder of Binance (the world’s largest exchange) and previously its CEO, completed his prison sentence and was freed. In the crypto community, he is simply referred to as CZ.

He served a relatively short term of four months in prison for breaking U.S. securities laws and assisting Binance’s prominent clients with money laundering, compared to CZ or Sam Bankman-Fried and Ross Ulbricht. While the founder of FTX exchange, Sam Bankman-Fried, was sentenced to 25 years in prison, and the creator of the Silk Road darkweb marketplace, Ross Ulbricht, received a life sentence twice over.

There’s widespread optimism within the cryptocurrency community that the release of CZ from detention could ignite a surge in Bitcoin and overall crypto market values. Yesterday, Ki Young Yu, founder of the on-chain data company CryptoQuant, expressed this viewpoint by suggesting that if CZ simply tweets “I’m back,” the market could experience a dramatic increase.

In addition, we’re approaching October, a period often associated with bullish trends, earning it the nickname “Uptober” within the financial trading community.
