On July 17, 2024, I, as an analyst, announce that Hashed, a prominent venture capital firm specializing in crypto, and B Dash Ventures, a Web3 investing company, have revealed the roster of sponsors and speakers for the upcoming Blockchain Leaders Summit 2024. As co-organizers, we are preparing for an extensive offline conference scheduled for July 24, 2024.

I’m excited to share the news that Sam Seo, the CEO of Kaia Foundation and the rebranded mainnet of Klaytn (previously merged with Finschia), will be delivering a speech at the upcoming BLS Tokyo 2024 conference taking place on July 24th in Tokyo.

Eleven sponsors are backing the inaugural summit, with two of them serving as title sponsors: Startale Labs, the creators of Astar Network and a tech firm focusing on Web3 technology and multi-chain applications and infrastructure; and Crooz Blockchain Lab, a subsidiary of CROOZ, a Japanese company providing internet services, which specializes in blockchain gaming.

This list includes LINE NEXT, LINE’s Web3 subsidiary, and the upcoming mainnet called Kaia. Kaia is the result of merging Finschia, the mainnet developed by LINE NEXT, and Klaytn, the mainnet created by Kakao.

Platinum sponsors are: Aptos Labs, a well-known builder of L1 blockchains using MOVE language; Avalanche (AVAX), an experienced programmable blockchain; and SBI Ventures, the virtual asset exchange arm of SBI Group, which is affiliated with Ripple.

Main sponsors at the gold level are represented by renowned blockchain networks such as Ethereum (Besucher), Sui, and Monad. Additionally, DeFimans, a Japanese consulting firm specializing in Web3 technology, is part of this esteemed group, managing Messari Japan’s operations.

Infrastructure, finance, regulation in focus

Simon Seojoon Kim, the CEO of Hashed, is thrilled about the significance of the upcoming conference for the Web3 community in Japan, Korea, and the Asia Pacific region as a whole.

As a crypto investor, I’m excited about this opportunity to connect with influential leaders in the global Web3 ecosystem and Japanese industry giants. Together, we can explore meaningful collaborations that bring real-world applications to life.

Ryuichi Nishida, B Dash Ventures’ Director, expresses his gratitude towards all the sponsors who supported the organizers in their endeavors.

At this event, we’re excited to explore fresh blockchain possibilities outside of Japan, boosted by the participation of prominent Japanese and international supporters. All attendees are welcome to join us in this journey.
