Kingdom Come Deliverance has now sold over 4 million copies, thanks in part to the recent release of its third big DLC, Mysteria Ecclesiae. The original game was highly rated by both critics and players.
We thought about publishing an early review, but it became clear that this game is much larger and more complex than we initially realized, and we didn’t have enough time with it before its release to do it justice.
The special Monster Hunter Wilds collaboration with KFC features a Felyne companion dressed as Colonel Sanders on the packaging. Two sets are available: The Feast Set includes cooking ingredients and a Felyne charm of Colonel Sanders, while the Spice Up Set offers consumable items and a different Felyne charm shaped like a KFC barrel. If you upgrade a meal to a larger size, you’ll also receive a set of themed stickers.
The release date for The Forsaken Hollows was announced during PlayStation’s State of Play event for Japan. The game will be available on December 4th for $14.99 on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. While FromSoftware didn’t share a lot of information, they did post a few extra details on their website and the PlayStation Blog.
The announcement of Elden Ring: Nightreign surprised gamers at the end of last year during The Game Awards. This was especially unexpected considering Elden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtree had just received a debated Game of the Year nomination. Okay, so the new DLC is looking awesome! They’re adding two totally new classes to play as, and two new bosses to test my skills against. Apparently, these new classes are called Nightfarers, and specifically, there’s the Scholar and the Undertaker. I checked out the PlayStation Blog and it gives a quick rundown of what each of them does.
Okay, so I was watching the trailer, and at 1:15, they showed Artorias from Dark Souls 1! He’s gonna be one of the bosses we have to beat before facing the final Nightlord. It’s not the first Dark Souls boss they’ve added, though – the Gaping Dragon is already in the game, and that one’s pretty manageable. But honestly? I have a feeling Artorias is going to be a real challenge.
If you were worried Warhorse Studios might suddenly switch gears after the success of Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 – perhaps to create a fast-paced, building-focused game – you can rest easy. They’re planning to continue making RPGs, and likely ones that are just as good as Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2.
Unfortunately, Sedletz Monastery is now locked down. The monks are in hiding, and the abbot has specifically ordered you to stay in the infirmary and not investigate the plague. However, if you’re determined to gather the materials for a plague mask, you’ll need to sneak around, avoid the guards, and save your progress frequently.
Bethesda’s head recently discussed the future of the Fallout series with GQ. While a completely new Fallout game is likely still a ways off—even further than a new Skyrim—fans have several things to enjoy right now. These include a special anniversary edition of Fallout 4, ongoing updates to Fallout 76, and the second season of the Fallout TV show on Amazon Prime.
