The cost of Bitcoin rose by 0.96%, amounting to $71,185.07, on Friday, April 12, as I’m writing this. In contrast, its trading volume decreased by 24.14% to reach $30.13 billion within the past 24 hours. At this point, Bitcoin boasted a market capitalization of an impressive $1.40 trillion.
At the moment of checking, Ethereum‘s price decreased by 0.34% to $3,550.61, giving it a market value of around $426.31 billion. The trading volume for Ethereum declined by approximately 16.73%, amounting to about $13.71 billion in transactions. Conversely, Binance Coin (BNB) experienced a price rise of 0.56%, reaching $615.62. However, its trading volume saw a significant decrease of nearly 30.74%, totaling approximately $1.24 billion in trades during the previous 24 hours.
The Solana price continued trading below the $180 mark today. The Solana price was up by 0.47%, settling at $174.56. In contrast, SOL witnessed a 17.51%% decline in trade volume to $2.65 billion in the last 24 hours. Whilst, the XRP price sustained the $0.61 level despite a decline. The XRP price recorded a drop of 0.66%, reaching $0.6135. On the other hand, XRP’s trading volume plummeted 76.67% to $1.18 billion.
Simultaneously, the cost of Cardano rose by 0.65% to reach $0.5899. On the other hand, ADA experienced a significant decrease of 28.21% in its trading volume within the last 24 hours, amounting to $331.07 million. As the prices of top cryptocurrencies bounced back, meme coins also followed this trend. The value of Dogecoin increased by 1.46%, reaching $0.1996. Meanwhile, Shiba Inu‘s price went up slightly by 0.10% and was priced at $0.00002773.
