DOGE and USUAL Partnership False, Vivek Ramaswamy Account Hacked

As an analyst with over two decades of experience in the tech and finance industries, I have learned to approach news with a healthy dose of skepticism. The recent announcement of Elon Musk’s Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) partnering with USUAL Stablecoin seems too good to be true at first glance.

Elon Musk and Vivek Ramaswamy, who jointly lead the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), posted plans for collaboration with stablecoin issuer USUAL. But minutes later, the post was removed because it was discovered that Ramaswamy’s account had been hacked.

Is DOGE Actually Partnering With USUAL Stablecoin?

Just now, I saw a post from Vivek Ramaswamy’s official X account stating that the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) has entered into a strategic partnership with USUAL, a well-known issuer of fiat-backed Real World Asset (RWA) stablecoins. This collaboration is exciting news for me as a crypto investor because it could potentially bring more stability and utility to DOGE.

The statement continued by explaining that the partnership intended to utilize cryptocurrency projects in helping the administration of President Trump achieve its goal of decreasing the national debt. Additionally, it mentioned that this collaboration was meant to enhance the effectiveness of government transactions and encourage sound financial management.

Ramaswamy pointed out that this partnership is a significant move towards harnessing the power of digital money to promote economic development that is both sustainable and stable, as well as financial accessibility for all.

However, it turns out that this partnership is absolutely false, with Vivek Ramaswamy’s X account hacked. His team has initiated a quick action on the matter and deleted the post thereafter. James Fishback, founder of Invest Azoria, said that the information about the DOGE and USUAL partnership is absolutely false, and the hackers were promoting a SCAM. HE wrote:

“I just spoke with Vivek. He has been hacked. He is locked out of his account. This is a scam.”
