Dogwifhat (WIF) Leaves Other Meme Coins in Dust With Massive Price Jump

As a seasoned crypto investor with several years of experience under my belt, I’ve seen my fair share of market volatility and meme coin mania. The recent surge in Solana-based WIF has caught my attention, as it has outperformed every other cryptocurrency in the top 100 by a significant margin.

According to CoinGecko’s latest update, Dogwifhat (WIF), a meme cryptocurrency built on the Solana blockchain, has experienced a notable increase of approximately 11% within the last 24 hours.

Notably, the WIF meme cryptocurrency has outperformed every other cryptocurrency in the top 100.

A meme coin with a massive valuation has surged over 60% since hitting recent lows only a few days prior.

Mister Crypto, an anonymous cryptocurrency expert, has pointed out that WIF is currently experiencing a breakout. He further mentioned that “a fresh upward surge is underway.”

It’s important to mention that WIF is currently 49% below its peak value, which was reached on March 31.

Other top performers

Among the top-performing cryptocurrencies are THORChain (RUNE), Jupiter (JUP), and Bittensor (TAO). However, none of these have managed to achieve double-digit percentage growth akin to WIF.

Ethereum (ETH) and Solana (SOL) are the only major altcoins in the green.

Meanwhile, Bitcoin (BTC) is down 0.1% after gaining its footing above the $65,000 level.

Leaving other meme coins in dust

In the realm of meme coins, WIF stands out as the only project showing gains amidst a sea of red. Every meme crypto with a market capitalization exceeding $1 billion has experienced losses in the last 24 hours.

As a crypto investor, I’ve noticed that among the leading meme cryptocurrencies, Shiba Inu (SHIB) has been the biggest underperformer with a disappointing 8% decline in value. Dogecoin (DOGE), being the largest meme coin by market capitalization, is also experiencing heavy selling pressure, causing its price to drop by 3%. Pepe (PEPE) is relatively stable compared to the two, with only a slight decrease of 0.5% in value.
