Beyond the impressive display of power, fans have finally understood the meaning behind the Manhwa’s title (Electric Speed), which is a great reveal. But now that the battle is over, everyone is wondering what will happen next in the story.

A Brief Recap of Eleceed Manhwa Chapters 401 & 402

In the climax of Episode 401, Jiwoo discovers the reason Jurion kidnapped and experimented on Jisuk: it was simply a childish act of revenge, intended to upset Jiwoo because Jiyoung (Jiwoo’s current partner) wasn’t paying Jurion attention.

Something snapped within Jiwoo. The fight had stopped being a fair contest, and a primal rage took over. He unleashed a stunning series of attacks, landing three consecutive Zero-Impacts on a defenseless Jurion who couldn’t withstand the assault.

The fight ended with a devastating Electric Spear – the same powerful attack Kayden used against Iodore – which destroyed Jurion’s arm instantly. His incredible improvement is likely due to his intense training with both Pluto and Kayden.

Kayden, Karstein, and Pluto were stunned by the monster they had inadvertently created. Jiwoo firmly declared that no one would harm her friends, a message everyone understood perfectly. The three top-ranked fighters left after the patriarch, unsurprisingly, declared Jiwoo the winner and sentenced his grandson to ten years of isolation as punishment.

Following a tense situation and with help from Gestella, who successfully joined Kayden and Karstein in stabilizing Jiwoo, Jiwoo and Jiyoung were finally able to share a touching reunion.

“I won,” he announced, clearly proud. And he absolutely had! Now comes the difficult part: dealing with the consequences of the fight. Because Kayden’s student defeated a student from one of the top-ranking families, it’s created even more tension between the powerful groups in this world. Jiwoo’s relationship with each of his teachers has always been unique in this story. What’s even more unusual is that he has three – Pluto, Karstein, and Kayden – and each one has fundamentally influenced his abilities. This explains why he’s become so incredibly powerful: he’s essentially mastering the highest levels of attack power, speed, and endurance, all while also being able to quickly heal from injuries.

Eleceed Chapter 403 Full Review: What Will Happen From Now On?

Episode 403 featured a touching reunion between Jiwoo, Jisuk, and their friends, and offered a welcome break after one of the most intense battles ever shown in the Manhwa.

Jiwoo and Jisuk are both healing from their injuries, both to their bodies and their minds. Everyone is left wondering what the future holds for them.

The main problem will be that the Top 10 are divided into five major factions:

  • The first is composed of Kayden and company (even though most of them are unofficial rankers and Top 50 rankers).
  • The second are the folks from Frame (Suffrey, Schauder, and Andrei’s Disciple).
  • The third is composed of the rogues Greg and Mioru, the ones who hurt Kayden and forced him into his ‘Cat Shape’ back at the beginning of the Manhwa.
  • The fourth are Iodore, his disciples, and Garath, who are constantly conspiring to defeat Kayden.
  • And the last remaining powers are those of the free Factions, to whom Gestella and Veramonte (Jurion’s Grandpa) belong to. Even though Gestella is leaning on Kayden’s side, and that’s a problem, since it will eventually cause an open conflict between all the superpowers.

Considering everything we’ve discussed, let’s now freely imagine what might happen to Jiwoo and his friends in the next parts of the Eleceed story.

Jiwoo’s arrival in the Top Ranking has created a lot of tension. This is mainly because everyone fears he’ll end up like Kayden, and with good reason. As a result, alliances are forming – Greg and Mioru will likely team up with Iodore and Garath to try and defeat Kayden and take his power.

It seems the people at Frame are connected to Jurion, Veramonte’s grandson, who previously experimented on Jisuk using Eclispe. I suspect they’re planning a takeover, and Jurion will be the one betraying Veramonte from the inside.

Honestly, either outcome feels totally realistic, but I’m picturing a huge showdown – it’s going to be the remnants of House Patrick, with Ian at the helm leading those who survived the coup, fighting for everything.

This is just a possible idea of what might happen next. It’s important to remember this is all speculation, so don’t take it too seriously. While it’s hard to know for sure how the story will unfold, looking at episode 403 and the Jurion vs. Jiwoo duel suggests this could be the path the story is heading down.

I can tell Jiwoo’s going to have to watch his step from now on. He took a serious beating in the last fight, and barely made it out alive. But knowing how things are going in Eleceed, he’s not just going to recover – he’s going to have to grow up, and fast.

Wow, Episodes 400 and 401 really hit me hard! Finding out the world of Awakeners is full of self-serving people like Jurion… it’s like that was the spark Jiwoo needed. It’s incredible to watch her change; she’s becoming an absolute force to be reckoned with!
