Elon Musk Triggers Stark Crypto Community Support in Light of His X Post

As a seasoned tech researcher with over two decades of experience in the industry, I must admit, watching the dynamic between Elon Musk and the crypto community is nothing short of fascinating. The man has an uncanny ability to stir conversations and generate buzz with just a few words – as evident by his recent “busy week” tweet that garnered support from some heavyweights in the crypto world.

Tech mogul Elon Musk consistently garners approval from cryptocurrency supporters and financial backers through his interactions on platform X.

Today, in just two words, he demonstrated it yet again. His message attracted responses from frequent crypto enthusiasts as well as two prominent figures hailing from two top-tier platforms: Tether and Shiba Inu.

Musk supported by crypto community

In his tweet, tech innovator Musk simply mentioned that he has a busy schedule this week. Still, this was enough to bring up a supportive response from crypto enthusiasts and professionals. Among them was Tether’s strategic advisor Gabor Gurbacs and the social media marketing lead of the Shiba Inu team Lucie.

Elon Musk oversees multiple technology firms such as Tesla, SpaceX, and Neuralink. At present, his primary attention appears to be divided between SpaceX with its frequent rocket launches and xAI initiatives. The latter is a more recent undertaking by Musk, dedicated to the development and maintenance of an advanced AI chatbot called Grok.

Grok versus ChatGPT

In late 2023, Grok was introduced. Since then, xAI has rolled out version 1.5 and is preparing to launch Grok 2.0, which Elon Musk claims will be on par with its main competitor, ChatGPT, developed by OpenAI. Musk shared that xAI aims to unveil Grok 2.0 in August once it’s been optimized and any bugs have been addressed. They are currently working on the subsequent version, Grok 3.0, which they plan to release in December. Musk is confident that it will surpass all other AIs worldwide in terms of power by all standards.

Elon Musk, a key figure in tech, is at odds with other tech giants developing artificial intelligence, particularly OpenAI, an organization he initially funded back in 2015. On multiple occasions, Musk has labeled ChatGPT as “progressive” due to OpenAI’s policy of steering clear of sensitive subjects such as politics, religion, sexuality, and personal identity, among others.

Elon Musk emphasizes that OpenAI’s technology is designed to learn deceit, and he warns that such capabilities could pose serious risks for humanity in the long run. Contrastingly, the Grok AI chatbot, as reported by users, is not restrained in this manner and even exhibits a sense of humor. Grok can be accessed by Premium subscribers on the X platform.
