F1 25’s Braking Point 3 Explained

The ongoing tale of F1 25’s Braking Point resumes, picking up where the previous chapters left off. The Braking Point saga kicked off in F1 2021, introducing the fictional team Konnersport as they climbed their way through the ranks to become title contenders in the latest edition of F1 25. This third installment offers players fresh opportunities to engage with the game’s narrative, resulting in new methods to impact the linear storyline.

Braking Point 3 Will Have Players Fight For The Championship

In the next installment of Braking Point, known as F1 25, the Konnersport team is set to face their most challenging title race yet. The storyline promises to test this fictional team like never before, and players will find themselves dealing with the highest stakes ever. Additionally, the developers have hinted at a significant overhaul; an unexpected event will occur early in the game’s narrative, forcing the Konnersport team to navigate through the aftermath of a situation that plunges them into chaos.

The upcoming F1 game is planning to incorporate several visual updates in Braking Point 3, including improved ‘Meet the Press’ segments that mimic real TV interviews and enhanced facial animations. For these enhancements, NVIDIA’s Audio2Face technology has been employed extensively across Braking Point 3, aiming to provide a higher level of realism and a wider range of expressions. Moreover, characters introduced in the My Teams mode will also profit from this Audio2Face technology.

The Next Chapter Of Braking Point Will Give Players More Choice

In contrast to previous games in the F1 series, Braking Point 3 offers a higher degree of player control and decision-making. Unlike its predecessors, which were designed with a strict, linear narrative, Braking Point 3 will provide more opportunities for player input. This means fans can select their driver during crucial moments, which will affect objectives and storyline elements throughout the game. The chosen character will face challenges in both gameplay and off-track situations such as phone calls, post-race interactions, and media appearances. Additionally, players will have an expanded choice when it comes to selecting the mode’s difficulty level, with 4 levels available instead of just 3.

Moreover, Braking Point 3 will seamlessly integrate with Career Mode. For the first time, Konnersport will be accessible within Career Mode, allowing players to take charge of the team alongside the numerous enhancements to Career Mode in F1 25. These improvements include a new ownership model. Completing Braking Point 3 will encourage players to craft their unique Konnersport narrative, and they’ll be guided towards Career Mode as the best approach for doing so.
