The Treasure Hunt is happening again in Disney Dreamlight Valley! To complete the “Fishing for Adventure” task, you’ll need to fish in the gold and red ripples to find clues. Keep fishing for four days to finish the map and uncover where the treasure is hidden. Don’t worry if you miss a day – the event runs until June 9, 2026, giving you plenty of time to complete it.
How To Complete Fishing For Adventure Task In Treasure Hunt Event – DDV
To finish the ‘Fishing for Adventure’ task during the DDV Treasure Hunt, you’ll need to fish in gold and red ripples. These ripples appear randomly in one of four locations: Peaceful Meadow, Dazzle Beach, Forest of Valor, or Glade of Trust. Each player will find their ripple in a different, randomly chosen location.
Try searching in the other Biomes if no special ripple appears in the previously mentioned Biomes.
Based on how much digging was needed before, and the requirements for the ‘Fishing for Adventure’ quest in Disney Dreamlight Valley, you’ll likely need to fish four times to finish the quest and discover the treasure.
When you catch the gold and red ripple, you’ll get a clue about a hidden treasure. Check your inventory to read the clue and discover where to find the memory orb.
Throughout the event, you’ll encounter riddles that lead you to different locations. Solving these riddles is how you’ll progress. Some riddles will be challenging, while others might feel familiar, similar to past clues like “Pickaxe meets rock somewhere Peaceful in DDV”.

You need to solve the daily riddles and find the memory orbs each day for four days straight. If you don’t, you won’t get a new clue the following day.
Collecting each memory orb will reveal a piece of a map showing the valley. Once you have all the pieces, the map will lead you to the treasure, which appears to be located on Skull Island.
Even if you figure out where the treasure is hidden in Disney Dreamlight Valley, you’ll only be able to dig it up after solving four clues and finishing a memory. The treasure itself is the Pirate Throne. And you’ll automatically receive the Mickey Motif once you finish the Fishing for Adventure quest.
