Fitness Boxing 3: Your Personal Trainer demo released on eShop

As someone who has always struggled with maintaining a consistent workout routine due to my hectic lifestyle, the announcement of Fitness Boxing 3: Your Personal Trainer feels like a divine intervention! Being an ardent fan of Nintendo’s innovative approach to gaming and fitness, I can hardly contain my excitement.

Nintendo has made available a trial version (demo) of Fitness Boxing 3: Your Personal Trainer on their eShop platform.

Before the complete game launch on December 5th, the newly released demo enables players to customize boxing workouts according to their daily routine, objectives, and personal tastes, whether they’re training at home or traveling. This information was shared by the publisher.

Check out a trailer for the game, below:

As an enthusiastic gamer, I’m thrilled to share that this demo offers a sneak peek into some of the game’s unique features and captivating original tunes! The best part? When the full version goes live next month, you can seamlessly carry over your progress. And here’s an added bonus for those who own Fitness Boxing or Fitness Boxing 2: Rhythm & Exercise – you can transfer your progress from these games too!

Beyond the Daily Workout, Free Exercise, Missions for both daily and weekly tasks, and Stretching exercises, the demo also introduces players to some brand-new gameplay modes.

  • Sit Fit Boxing, which lets players complete boxing routines while seated
  • Mitt Drills that let players box with an instructor and complete combos at their own pace”

In the game, one of your six interactive coaches is named Virtual Trainer Lin. During the demo, she serves as the main instructor. As you progress by completing exercises and forming a connection with her, you can unlock a special Box & Bond session to familiarize yourself with the trainers. The demo allows you to customize Lin with various outfits and accessories, while the full game provides additional options for customizing not just Lin but all the trainers, including shoes, clothing, glasses, and hairstyles.

Dance along to the rhythm of thirty tunes, some popular hits among them, by punching and dodging. Collaborate with your virtual coach who customizes the training according to your objectives, be it intense workouts or relaxed sessions – the choice is yours!

Fitness Boxing 3: Your Personal Trainer is coming to Nintendo Switch on December 5th.
