Frieren Season 3 To Get Panel at Anime Expo 2026
Anime Expo 2026 promises to be a great event, and the panels are a big reason why! Popular series, including the fantasy drama Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End, will be highlighted. Frieren will even have its own dedicated panel, hosted by TOHO Animation, on July 4, 2026. Fans can attend this panel on the third day of the convention between 6:00 PM and 6:45 PM.
I’m so excited for this event! A ton of the key people behind the Frieren anime are going to be there. We’ll get to hear from Director Tomoya Kitagawa, Supporting Director Keiichiro Saito, and Producer Yuichiro Fukushi – I’m really hoping they’ll give us some hints about what’s next for the series and answer fan questions. Plus, Keisuke Kojima, the character designer, is going to do live drawing, which is going to be amazing to watch! It’s shaping up to be a really fun evening.

Frieren Season 3 Set To Officially Get New Information On July 4, 2026

We already know Season 3 is planned for 2027, but an official release date hasn’t been announced yet. This panel seems like a great opportunity for that announcement, or at least a more specific timeframe.
At Anime Expo 2026, we might learn how many episodes to expect in the new season of Frieren, and even get a sneak peek with a new trailer or artwork. This would be great news, as fans haven’t received any updates since the season finale aired on March 27, 2026. Everyone is eagerly anticipating announcements, whether they’re watching from home or attending the convention.
What To Expect from Frieren’s Next Adventure
Season 3 of Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End will pick up right where Season 2 finished, continuing the story of the Golden Land Arc. This arc is popular with fans and will introduce Macht, a compelling villain from the series.
