The action-adventure game Monster Hunter Wilds is bursting with content, featuring numerous side missions alongside its captivating main storyline. Similarly to other games that continue to receive updates, Capcom has added additional tasks for you to tackle once you’ve finished the storyline’s ending.
In the Forbidden Lands, you can take part in a system called “bounties” that offer extra rewards beyond the defined hunts. Completing these tasks will reward you with useful items and provide you with a goal as you continue playing Monster Hunter’s continuous gameplay. Here’s how to collect your bounty rewards in the Forbidden Lands:
1. Access the bounties board or menu in the game.
2. Choose the bounty or quest you wish to complete.
3. Complete the tasks and requirements specified for that bounty.
4. Return to the bounties board or menu to collect your rewards.
What Are Limited Bounties?
Bonus tasks are extra objectives you can finish for in-game perks such as items, crafting materials, and Guild Points. They function as a dynamic feature, meaning unlike traditional side missions or narrative parts, you’ll need to complete them before they expire in the real world.
In the upper right corner of the “View/Complete Limited Bounties” menu, you can verify the remaining time for finishing these quests.
How To Claim Limited Bounties
It’s good news! You don’t have to initiate bounties yourself, as they are automatically assigned to your character when they start. To see the tasks you need to accomplish, just drop by the support desk in any of Monster Hunter Wilds’ hubs. There, you’ll find the “View/Complete Limited Bounties” menu.
Once you fulfill one of the bounty tasks, you’ll receive a notification to collect your deserved prizes. If you’ve finished them all, well done! Keep an eye out for fresh tasks to be posted as soon as the current ones expire, and you can begin the cycle once more.
As you begin the game, you might find that not all rewards are immediately at your disposal. This is because your progress in the storyline hasn’t advanced enough yet, as these missions may involve higher ranks or content that occurs after the main campaign. Continue playing and you’ll unlock more of them over time.
