As a die-hard fan of the Call of Duty franchise, I must say that Season 6 of Modern Warfare 3 has truly outdone itself with the MW3 Rewind Event! The nostalgia is palpable as I traverse through familiar maps and grind for those coveted rewards. The Trick ‘R Treat: Candy Hunt Event might have caught my eye initially, but it’s the MW3 Rewind Event that has me absolutely hooked!
The final season for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 is out now, with a significant emphasis on the spooky “Haunting Event”. For Season 6, gamers will have the chance to traverse eerie 6v6 battlefields and work towards unlocking potent weapons such as the DTIR 30-06 by progressing through the Battle Pass. Beyond the Haunting, there are numerous other events for players to engage in, each offering enticing rewards.
For Season 6, a notable occasion is the Trick ‘R Treat: Candy Hunt Event, providing players with a complimentary Blood Red Riding Hood skin. Coinciding with the Trick ‘R Treat: Candy Hunt during Week 4 is the MW3 Rewind Event, accessible only to Modern Warfare 3 proprietors. This retro-themed event offers various rewards such as Animated Weapon Camos and free Batch Test & Balloon Test Operator Skins.
All MW3 Rewind Event Rewards
Fifteen prizes are up for grabs during the MW3 Rewind Event, much like previous Modern Warfare 3 events. Players can obtain fourteen rewards by accomplishing a series of tasks. Note that each task is only completable in Multiplayer game modes. After completing all the tasks, players will receive an extra Mastery Reward. The MW3 Rewind Event is set to conclude on October 16th at 9 AM Pacific Time. This means that players have a narrow window left to gather all the rewards this event offers.
How To Unlock The Batch Test & Balloon Test Operators
Both the Batch Test and Balloon Test Operators can be unlocked by completing all 14 event challenges in the MW3 Rewind Event. Each challenge can only be completed in Multiplayer, meaning that Warzone-only players will be unable to acquire either skin for themselves. Once completed, both skins will be available for use in Modern Warfare 3 and Warzone. Batch Test and Balloon Test are skins for the Jabber Operator, found in the SpecGru section of the Operators tab for Modern Warfare 3 players.
