Krafton revealed that the game, inZOI, surpassed a milestone of 1 million copies sold within its initial week of release on Steam’s Early Access platform.
In a recent announcement, they mentioned that “Canvas,” InZOI’s user-generated content sharing system within their game, demonstrated high community interaction by attracting over 1.2 million players on its debut day and receiving approximately 470,000 user-created pieces of content.
CEO CH Kim expressed his gratitude and enthusiasm, saying, “We’re thrilled to introduce inZOI to gamers globally via Early Access.” He also mentioned that they will remain actively engaged with players and aim to develop inZOI as a long-term intellectual property for KRAFTON.
The announcement ended by emphasizing again that upcoming changes for this game will add fresh material, such as mod options and new urban areas. All these updates and additional content will be available free of charge until the complete version is launched.

Despite its notable achievements, inZOI has also faced some contentious issues. Upon release, videos circulated online depicting players seemingly running over child characters inside the game, which was initially classified as a glitch. Krafton promptly acknowledged and rectified this matter.
Currently, inZOI has approximately 25,000 simultaneous gamers over the last 24 hours, and the highest number of concurrent players reached was 87,000.
