In the Scary Cake Partners competition, each participant must team up with a partner and create 4 spooky cakes together. To participate, you should be at least at level five on the game board. When you’re set, you can ask four friends to join by clicking the “ ‘Plus’ ” button located in the center of the Monopoly board.
