Players of Monster Hunter Stories 3: Twisted Reflection are used to challenging powerful monsters even when they’re not at full strength. But the game will get even more content this summer with a free update introducing Royal Monsters.
Producer Ryozo Tsujimoto announced in a new video that a free update coming this summer will add incredibly powerful monsters to the game. These monsters will offer significantly tougher battles, so players should be at least level 90 with their Riders and bring their best Monsties and strategies to win. The update is designed to really test players’ skills!
Players eager for more content might be pleased to hear that the Additional Side Story: Rudy DLC could be released sooner than expected. Capcom says development is going smoothly and they’ll share more details later.
Monster Hunter Stories 3: Twisted Reflection is now available on Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 5, PC, and Nintendo Switch. The game follows a new main character in a world facing a crisis called the Crystal Encroachment, which threatens two warring kingdoms, Azuria and Vermeil. Players will encounter new monsters like Ibushi, Narwa, Ajaraka, Malzeno, and Arkveld, and can also restore environments and raise unique, mutated versions of monsters.
