This unexpected change immediately caught the attention of the RDR2 community, as the new description reads more like something you’d see for a recently released game, instead of a well-respected, critically-acclaimed classic.
On Reddit, user esketitethan started a discussion where fans expressed their anticipation for a potentially improved Red Dead Redemption 2 for newer consoles. Some people said they’d hold off on getting too enthusiastic until there was official confirmation, while others were eager to see how the game could perform on the Xbox Series X/S and PlayStation 5.
