As a long-time fan of One Piece, I must say that the latest developments in the Elbaf arc have truly piqued my interest. With the introduction of not one, but two characters who share an uncanny resemblance to the legendary pirate captain, Shanks, it seems that Oda is really upping his game.
This article contains spoilers from One Piece’s Elbaf Arc.
Summary
- Shanks’ twin and a mysterious hooded figure are the main villains in the Elbaf arc.
- Shanks’ twin is related to him by blood and is the main antagonist of the Elbaf Arc.
- The intruders in Elbaf are likely messengers from the World Government and may not fight immediately.
In the ongoing Elbab saga of “One Piece,” fans continue to be amazed as each new chapter unfolds, and it’s fair to say that the events in “One Piece” Chapter 1134 are nothing short of breathtaking. For a long time now, readers have been eagerly anticipating the proper introduction of Elbab’s main antagonists within the narrative, and at last, Oda has come through with his delivery.
In the closing moments of chapter 1134 of “One Piece,” viewers were introduced to two enigmatic characters on Elbaf. It’s highly probable that they will assume the roles of primary adversaries as this narrative unfolds. Yet, their true identities continue to be a mystery, despite one of them bearing a striking resemblance to a beloved character among fans.
Who Are Elbaf’s Two Main Villains?
- Shanks’s Twin Showed Up On Elbaf
- Another Hooded Individual Is A Big Mystery
Towards the close of One Piece chapter 1134, we’ve finally got our primary antagonists for the Elbaf arc. If there was one thing missing from the Elbaf arc of One Piece, it was a formidable villainous group. While Oda could have certainly developed this aspect effectively in Elbaf, fans had to be patient as they didn’t make an appearance yet, allowing the exploratory aspects of the arc to unfold first. Oda deliberately focused on unveiling the various layers of Elbaf, saving the Astral World for a later stage in the storyline.
I want to talk about a certain pirate. – Shanks’s twin
In spite of everything, Chapter 1134 of One Piece offered viewers a glimpse of the primary villains for this storyline, who are tied to the World Government. Towards the end of the chapter, a gigantic summoning circle was noticeable on Elbaf’s second level, the Sun World. This summoning circle bears a striking resemblance to the one used during the Egghead Arc and from which the Gorosei appeared. This likeness suggests that this ability may be linked to either a member of the Five Elders, or perhaps even Imu. The summoning circle brought forth two characters, with one of them already known to fans from One Piece Chapter 907.
In the past, there was a figure wrapped in mystery and a cape who had encounters with the Five Elders. Many spectators believed this enigmatic character to be Emperor Shanks, known for his flaming hair. However, it has now been revealed that this individual is not actually Shanks but an entirely different person altogether.
The Connection Between Shanks And Elbaf’s Villains
Shanks Is The Brother Of Elbaf’s Main Villain
As friends know, Shanks is currently sailing the seas with the Red Hair Pirates. He isn’t in Elbaf and already left this place quite a while ago, with different missions to tend to. Clearly, this person cannot be Shanks, but, it is certainly someone who looks exactly like him, which is where the confusion kicks in. The truth of the matter is that this individual is related to Shanks by blood. He is Shanks’s twin brother, and, as fans know, St Garling Figarland actually has more than just one child. It was heavily hinted at in the Kuma flashback of the Egghead Arc that St Garling has multiple children.
Watch closely, children! – Garling Figarland
It’s unclear exactly how many children Garling had, but it can be presumed he had two. Both of his children were involved in the God Valley Incident, which led to Shanks being separated from the Figarland family. One child, believed to be Shanks’ twin, remained with the World Government and is set to appear in Elbaf. Their name is yet to be disclosed, but it might be unveiled in chapter 1135 of “One Piece.” In the meantime, what has been established is that this character resembling Shanks serves as the primary antagonist in the Elbaf Arc.
Additionally, there appears to be another person resembling Shanks, sporting a similar cape. While their faces don’t align, Garling has multiple children, and the collaboration between them suggests that this individual might be a relative of Shanks.
It’s plausible that this character, who appears to serve the Holy Knights, might belong to a different Celestial family, though we don’t know which one exactly. The Manmeyer family is known, but she could also be from any other family yet unveiled in One Piece. Remember, Oda has kept many families undisclosed, so she could come from any of them. Just like the character resembling Shanks, more details about her will likely surface in the next chapter.
What Is The Future Role Of Elbaf’s Intruders?
The Intruders Will Cause Havoc in the Country Of Elbaf
The outcome for Elbaf’s Intruders largely hinges on Oda’s decision regarding this story arc. At the moment, it appears unlikely that they will engage in an immediate fight in Elbaf given their small numbers and the overwhelming power of the Giant Warrior Pirates, along with the Straw Hat Pirates and even Loki. A full-scale battle involving these powerful individuals against the entire alliance seems risky, if not outright suicidal. However, if the God’s Knights are as majestic as they’re rumored to be, each possessing power comparable to a Yonko, then a battle between them and the alliance might make sense.
At the moment, there seems to be no evidence suggesting that these individuals hold the power equivalent to Yonko. This suggests that their purpose might be to convey a message. Since they are expected to take on an antagonistic role in this storyline, it’s reasonable to assume that the message is a warning from the World Government about potential danger approaching Elbaf. It’s likely that these characters will leave after a minor conflict, as they may not be ready for a full-scale battle so soon. Keep an eye on these characters, but remember that they probably won’t engage in a major battle just yet, unless additional support arrives first.
Absolutely, their departure doesn’t diminish their significance for the Elbaf arc in any way. In fact, it’s quite possible they’ll reappear when disaster strikes Elbaf and Ragnarok unfolds. Fans can look forward to this as Elbaf now has its own adversaries. Here’s hoping that with time, more clarity emerges about the situation.
