Ubisoft, a major video game company, has faced some challenges recently. They’ve cancelled several eagerly awaited games and reduced their workforce across multiple studios, along with making significant changes to how they run things. In January, news surfaced that Ubisoft had cancelled the planned remake of Prince of Persia, as well as several other projects. While two of the cancelled games were new Assassin’s Creed titles, the company seems to be focusing more on its most popular franchises like Rainbow Six, Far Cry, and Assassin’s Creed.

Collectors are always on the hunt for hidden gems, rare titles, and older games that never received follow-ups. This list highlights some of the best Square Enix games that unfortunately didn’t get a sequel.

Pokemon Presents are special events where the creators of the Pokemon games share news about upcoming titles, shows, updates, and merchandise. These showcases happen several times a year, and one is almost always held on February 27th – known as Pokemon Day by fans, as it marks the anniversary of the first Pokemon games’ release in Japan in 1996. This year’s event is particularly exciting because it coincides with the 30th anniversary of the Pokemon franchise, so fans can expect even more announcements and celebrations.

The highly anticipated remake of the original God of War trilogy – which revisits the Greek mythology stories and features the return of voice actor Terrence C. While a leak suggested we might get updates around late summer, any involvement from composer Bear McCreary (referred to as ‘Judge’) seems unlikely, as he’s stated he’s currently working on other projects and isn’t involved in the remake.

A key habit to develop early in the game is using powerful, charged strikes when gathering resources like wood and stone. Instead of quickly tapping the button, hold it down to deliver a much stronger hit that breaks materials faster.

When playing Skyrim with the co-op mod, you’ll need to decide which other modifications, if any, to use. Some players prefer a simple, vanilla Skyrim experience, while others like to add extra content and features. While the base game is enjoyable, the following mods can improve your co-op experience in ways you might want to think about before making your decision.

Earlier this year, Embark shared its plans for the first half of 2026 for the game ARC Raiders, detailing four big content updates. The first, called Headwinds, arrived in January and included a new, somewhat debated matchmaking feature for solo players, a new condition for the Buried City map, and a way to show off trophies. Now, the studio is preparing to release the second update, Shrouded Sky, which will be available next week on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC.

Diamonds aren’t as plentiful as metals like copper or iron, but players can still find a lot of them if they know where to search. There are a couple of great spots on the map, but you won’t have access to them right away.
