Speedrunner Shatters Records Beating Breath of the Wild on Nintendo Switch 2 in Just 7 Minutes!

First launched in March 2017, “The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild” served as a bridge between the old Wii U console and the new Switch, being a cross-generation title. The game was incredibly popular for Nintendo, leading them to produce DLC for it as well as its sequel, “Tears of the Kingdom.” During the April 2nd Nintendo Direct presentation dedicated to the Switch 2, it was confirmed that both “Breath of the Wild” and “Tears of the Kingdom” would receive upgraded versions for the Switch 2. These enhanced versions will be a bonus for Nintendo Switch Online Expansion Pack members. However, the DLC for “Breath of the Wild” will still necessitate an extra purchase for players to enjoy the complete experience.
