Alternatively, players can spend 20 Spoils of Conquest at the raid vendor for an additional Opaque Hourglass drop, but they must have previously defeated Koregos to access this option.

Visually, the Opaque Hourglass is quite striking, but its perks may not deliver the damage potential that some players anticipate. However, there’s a recommended build for PvE play when focusing on boss damage.
