Original Xbox Co-Founder Shares Discouraging Prediction About Xbox Brand Under New CEO

Xbox is undergoing significant changes at the top, with Phil Spencer, the CEO of Microsoft Gaming, announcing his retirement after nearly 30 years with the company. Spencer started at Microsoft as an intern in 1998 and played a key role in shaping Xbox, successfully navigating the challenging launch of the Xbox One and leading the purchase of prominent gaming companies like Bethesda and Activision. Asha Sharma, president of Microsoft’s CoreAI, will take over as CEO, but a replacement for Bond hasn’t been announced yet.
