Back in April, Dead by Daylight took out its Hellraiser content, and while this move initially seemed puzzling, it now seems more understandable as an authentic Hellraiser-inspired game has been announced. Titled Clive Barker’s Hellraiser: Revival, this new game marks the first official standalone video game adaptation of the horror franchise, and fans of Pinhead who have been yearning for his return should keep a close watch for its debut.

Although only one new mega evolution was shown, rumors suggest that more are to come. It’s possible that the delayed launch date for the Switch 2 version of the game is because Borderlands 4 needs advanced hardware to run efficiently. The minimum requirements, which include an 8-core CPU and a GPU with at least 8GB of video memory, are quite demanding. Since more than half of Steam users are still using PCs with six or fewer cores, many players may need to upgrade their systems in order to play Borderlands 4. Unfortunately, the original Nintendo Switch won’t be able to run this game at all, as it won’t be released for that console.

Created by New Zealand studio Deep Field Games, the game titled “Abiotic Factor” is a survival crafting adventure set in an open world. Players will face challenges ranging from hostile alien creatures to a military campaign. Fortunately, they don’t have to face these perils alone as the game offers online cooperative play for up to six players. Initially released as a Steam Early Access title on May 2024, it has now come out in its full multi-platform version today, July 22.
