Stephen King has made appearances in various projects inspired by his own works over the years, such as “Storm of the Century,” “Creepshow 2,” “Kingdom Hospital,” “The Shining,” and numerous others. Interestingly, he also popped up in productions where he wasn’t directly involved. King’s acting career started with a minor role in the 1981 film “Knightriders” by George A. Romero, where he played “Hoagie Man.” After that, he continued to make cameos in shows like “Frasier,” “Sons of Anarchy,” “The Simpsons,” and the romantic comedy movie “Fever Pitch” from 2005. One of his most successful adaptations was in “It Chapter 2,” but despite his concerns about being a bad luck charm, he eventually agreed to participate as a pawn shop owner, with director Andy Muschietti also appearing in the film.
