Pokemon GO Dynamax & Gigantamax Tier List Guide

As a long-time Pokémon GO player, I’ve noticed that the addition of Dynamax and Gigantamax Pokémon has really shaken things up – it’s a cool change, but definitely adds another level of complexity to the game! Honestly, it’s easy to see why newer players, or even those of us returning after a break, get a little mixed up trying to figure out the difference between Dynamax and Gigantamax Pokémon.

Hey fellow trainers! I’ve put together a guide breaking down all the different Dynamax and Gigantamax Pokemon. I’ve ranked them based on how strong their Max Moves are, their stats, what roles they’re best at, and something called TDO. Basically, I’m trying to figure out which of these big Pokemon are going to be the top picks for battling in Pokemon GO for a long time to come. And don’t worry, I’ll keep updating this as new Dynamax and Gigantamax Pokemon get released in the game!

Pokemon GO Dynamax & Gigantamax Tier List

Let’s start by explaining how Pokémon are ranked. They range from S-class (the best) to D-class (the lowest). A plus sign (+) next to a Pokémon’s name means it could be even stronger or more useful than its ranking suggests, even if it’s already at the top.

Pokémon are ranked based on their highest possible attack power, and each listing shows the best moves they can learn, along with their maximum stats when fully trained. Now, let’s explore the most powerful Dynamax and Gigantamax forms!

When Pokémon Dynamax, they become much larger and more powerful, but still look like their original selves. Gigantamax Pokémon go even further – they grow in size and power, and change their appearance, gaining a special G-Max Move as well.

S-Tier Dynamax Pokemon

The Pokémon listed below are top-tier choices for Dynamax and Gigantamax Raids, and are currently the most popular and effective options players are using.
