In the newest list compiled by Fortune, Ripple, a cryptocurrency firm based in San Francisco, has been named as the 32nd best small or medium-sized business to work for in the United States during 2024. This recognition has recently come to light.
Last year, Great Place To Work surveyed over 8.2 million employees in the United States and gathered approximately 1.3 million responses. Among these respondents were about 510,000 millennials from companies that qualified for Fortune’s 2024 Best Workplaces list. Their feedback was instrumental in determining Ripple’s inclusion on this esteemed list.

Among the notable cryptocurrency companies besides Ripple, which facilitates cross-border transactions using blockchain and cryptocurrencies like XRPL and XRP, is Chainlink. This company, known for its crucial role in providing infrastructure and oracles for the entire crypto sector, boasts a native token called LINK. In 2024, Chainlink was recognized as the 9th best place to work for millennials.
