Rossi in Arknights: Endfield works best with a team that deals both Physical and Heat damage, as her abilities are designed around that balance. To activate her powerful Combo Skill, enemies need to be both vulnerable and affected by Art damage, so a teammate who can consistently apply Art is essential. This means you can’t build a team for Rossi that focuses only on Physical damage.
Rossi frequently applies Vulnerability, so her team members can take advantage of these stacks for extra benefits. You can pair her with either Pogranichnik for significant skill point recovery, or a powerful attacker like Da Pan or Endministrator to maximize damage output. While a Shatter team with Rossi is possible, someone will still need to consume the Vulnerability stacks she creates. Focusing solely on Arts Infliction with Rossi isn’t ideal, as it limits her ability to utilize her Vulnerability-based strengths.
Rossi Best Teams In Arknights Endfield
Here are some examples of Rossi’s best teams in Endfield:
- Rossi F2P Team: Rossi + Wulfgard + Da Pan + Ardelia
- Rossi Shatter Team: Rossi + Tangtang + Pogranichnik + Gilberta
Rossi + Wulfgard + Da Pan + Ardelia
Okay, so in Arknights: Endfield, I’ve been running a free-to-play team built around Rossi, Wulfgard, Da Pan, and Ardelia. Basically, I’m trying to pile on Vulnerability with Rossi and Wulfgard. Then, Da Pan comes in and just eats up all that Vulnerability using his Combo Skill, which then sets off Crush and does a ton of damage. It’s a pretty solid strategy for a team I didn’t have to spend any money on!
The optimal skill rotation is as follows: First, use Wulfgard’s Battle Skill, then either Rossi or Da Pan’s Battle Skill. Next, use Rossi’s Combo Skill, followed by Wulfgard’s Combo Skill, then Rossi’s Battle Skill again, and finally, Da Pan’s Combo Skill.
You can use Endministrator as an alternative to Da Pan for triggering the Crush, but Da Pan is much simpler to use. Endministrator requires learning specific patterns, making it more challenging.
Instead of Ardelia, you could use Gilberta, who’s a stronger choice for healing, or Ember if you’d rather have a defender. Ember excels at building up enemy Vulnerability, but doesn’t offer the same support benefits as Ardelia or Gilberta. Alternatively, you can skip a healer or defender altogether and use Operators like Pogranichnik or Lifeng instead.
If you’d prefer to avoid focusing on Vulnerability, you can choose Perlica to apply the Electrification debuff, or Akekuri for increased Heat Infliction and to regain SP.

Rossi + Tangtang + Pogranichnik + Gilberta
If you’re experimenting with the Shatter reaction, consider adding Tangtang to your team. She’s a strong secondary damage dealer (Sub-DPS) and can also restore Skill Points (SP), ensuring your team doesn’t run out of energy. Keep in mind she’s the only character applying Cryo, so she needs some time to charge up her Whirlpools and Waterspout abilities.
You can combine Gilberta’s Nature attack with Tangtang’s Cryo attack in either order to create powerful effects. Applying Nature first, then Cryo, causes Solidification, which freezes enemies and can be broken with a Shatter attack – dealing significant Physical damage. Alternatively, applying Cryo first, then Nature, causes Corrosion, which lowers the enemy’s resistance to all types of damage.
You could also try combining Alesh and Estella on a budget team, but it’s generally not worth it because Estella’s free-to-play team is strong enough already.
