It appears that the esteemed gentlemen and ladies of the Securities and Exchange Commission have taken notice of our dear Dogecoin, and are considering the possibility of a most esteemed Exchange-Traded Fund (ETF).
According to the inimitable Eleanor Terrett of Fox Business, the SEC has acknowledged Grayscale’s most ingenious 19b-4 application for a DOGE ETF. This most promising development has been met with great enthusiasm by the cryptocurrency community, and has caused a most delightful stir in the markets.

As Miss Terrett so astutely points out, this most welcome acknowledgement does not, of course, guarantee the SEC’s approval of the ETF in the future. However, it does suggest that the regulatory body is, at the very least, open to considering such products. A most encouraging development, indeed!
It is worth noting, dear readers, that the path to approval is still fraught with peril, and that the SEC’s approval is by no means a foregone conclusion. Nevertheless, this most promising development has sent the DOGE price soaring, with a most impressive 4% increase in the last 24 hours, and a most delightful 7% gain in the last seven days.
According to the erudite James Seyffart of Bloomberg, the chances of a Litecoin (LTC) ETF being live in future months have surged to a most impressive 90%, with Dogecoin (DOGE) following closely behind with a 75% probability.
As the esteemed Mr. Seyffart so astutely observed, a changing regulatory atmosphere has most certainly contributed to this most promising development, and has boosted the approval chances of certain tokens in recent weeks.
And so, dear readers, we must remain vigilant and keep our fingers crossed, as the 240-day decision clock starts ticking for a potential Dogecoin ETF. Who knows what the future may hold? 🤔
