Notably, SHIB is primarily recognized as an ERC-20 token and remarkably holds the top spot in the Ethereum realm in terms of market capitalization, boasting a staggering value of $14.68 billion.

Kusama himself didn’t shy away from pointing out this truth, emphasizing that Ethereum remains the leading Ethereum token globally. Intriguingly, this remark stirred up some PEPE supporters, but at present, the meme-inspired PEPE token, also an ERC-20 token, boasts a market cap of merely $8.92 billion.

On the other hand, PEPE’s current trading volume stands at approximately $5.37 billion, whereas SHIB’s is around $1.44 billion. This difference nearly quadruples in favor of PEPE. It’s up to the supporters of PEPE and Shiba Inu to decide which one indicates a greater size and superiority.
