Compact, Efficient, Modular 4-Lane CMAM

Efficient:
- Paints whole shape versions of quadrants before quartering them.
- Only crystallizes when necessary.
- Distributes paint for crystals across layers instead of along them.
- Manual purge (send 86 instead of a shape) for more efficient changeover.
Modular:
- The CMAM can be converted to a MAM by removing two types of platform.
- Platforms are broken up by function to make changes easier.
- Only 10 distinct types of buildings, only 2 of which are variations on each other.
Potential Improvements:
Automatically clearing out the system during a switch, using methods such as identifying and discarding components, sensing when the majority of components have been cleared, or employing a time-based mechanism
Streamline the ‘Crystal Brain’ by minimizing redundant circuits. Position input pins on the western side, as they don’t require painting. Preplace a dummy vehicle at the start of the train for optimized delivery platform arrangement
