Recently on Twitter or X, marketing specialist Lucie from SHIB shared a announcement about planned enhancements for Shibarium, the Shiba Inu team’s project, throughout this year and the next.
Upcoming Shibarium updates for 2024-2025
Lucie has revealed on Twitter a schedule of upcoming projects that the Shiba Inu team intends to roll out before the end of 2024, with more to come in the new year. Among these, she specifically mentions the anticipated updates for ShibaSwap DEX: the initial announcement of version 1.75 by Shytoshi Kusama, followed by the subsequent release of version 2.0.
The team plans to complete work on the eagerly awaited project, which is none other than the Shiba Inu Metaverse. This virtual world includes numerous hubs and sellable virtual lands. A new mobile version of Shiba Eternity game will be unveiled, as stated in a recent tweet. Additionally, the long-awaited TREAT token is set to debut alongside the Layer-3 solution’s testnet on Shibarium. The upcoming blockchain project, led by the mysterious Shytoshi Kusama and his team, will be fueled by TREAT.
Lucie mentioned that Shibarium’s functional Decentralized Autonomous Organizations (DAOs) will soon be accessible to all tokens operating within the Shiba Inu community. She also emphasized that all previously disclosed developments had already been made public knowledge. The Shiba Inu team intends to complete ongoing projects, including the Layer-3 blockchain as their latest announcement.
Shytoshi Kusama addresses SHIB fudders
More recently, Lucie shared images of the latest social media update from Shytoshi Kusama to the SHIB public. In that post, Kusama announced the imminent launch of ShibaSwap version 1.75 prior to the debut of version 2.0.
Although the enigmatic Shiba Inu leader, known as Shytoshi, defended the project against critics spreading FUD (fear, uncertainty, doubt). Kusama specifically targeted one “Fudder” without revealing his online identity. Shytoshi passionately reminded him of the significant time and emotion he had invested in creating SHIB and its associated platform, Shibarium.
Shytoshi ended his statement by saying, “You’re an insignificant troublemaker who doesn’t deserve the air I’m breathing. May your falsehoods be magnified against you forever until you apologize.”
