Kusama’s supporter @kuro_9696_9696, who is part of the Japanese SHIB community, shared a snapshot of Kusama’s page featuring the number one million, emphasized. The enthusiastic SHIB follower announced that Shytoshi Kusama has amassed one million followers.
As a researcher, I’ve noticed that Shytoshi’s follower count on their page is almost at the 1 million mark, specifically at around 999.8K. However, it’s important to note that this number can fluctuate due to natural ebbs and flows in user behavior. Some users may follow accounts in large numbers initially, only to unfollow them shortly thereafter. Consequently, the follower count can surge and then dip fairly quickly.
SHIB rep passes Shytoshi’s message to SHIB army
As the social media marketing analyst for SHIB, I took to X earlier this week to share some exciting news with our community, the Shiba Inu army. I expressed my optimism about the future of the SHIB ecosystem.

SHIB burns surge 10,880%
Based on information from the Shibburn monitoring platform, there has been a staggering increase of approximately 10,880% in the SHIB coin burn rate over the last 24 hours. During this time frame, an astounding number of 23,106,750 SHIB meme tokens were moved to wallets that cannot be spent on the blockchain.
Approximately ten minutes ago, the biggest individual piece of SHIB, representing around half of the total SHIB supply that has been eliminated since yesterday, was incinerated. This equates to a sum of 11,176,306 SHIB tokens.
