At the State of Play gathering, the latest venture by Hazelight, titled Split Fiction, unveiled a fresh trailer highlighting certain segments of its campaign.
Hazelight Studios, known for hits such as A Way Out and the critically acclaimed It Takes Two (which won the Game of the Year award in 2019), is the creative force behind these games.
Following their typical approach, Split Fiction is a collaborative game introducing characters Mio and Zoe. These two individuals are skilled writers, with Mio crafting sci-fi tales and Zoe specializing in fantasy stories. At the outset of the game, these storytellers find themselves ensnared within their unique narrative worlds.
Featuring varied stage layouts, breathtaking graphics, and innovative game mechanics, Split Fiction may well be in the running for Game of the Year.
On March 6th, the game titled “Split Fiction” is set to launch on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC platforms such as Steam, Epic Games Store, and the EA app. What’s exciting is that players can extend their gaming experience by inviting a buddy to join them for free, regardless of platform, thanks to the Friend Pass, which supports crossplay across PlayStation, Xbox, and PC.
