As a seasoned gamer with years of Star Wars and action-adventure titles under my belt, I’m thrilled to hear that Star Wars Jedi: Survivor is finally making its way to last-gen consoles! Having missed out on this epic saga during its initial release due to upgrading my gaming rig, I was worried I might have to wait even longer. But September 17 can’t come soon enough!


Later in 2023, you’ll find Star Wars Jedi: Survivor available on both Xbox One and PlayStation 4 (PS4). It was confirmed by EA and Respawn Entertainment that this title will hit the shelves for last-gen consoles on September 17.

The initial announcement for its previous version was made in April, however, the specific launch date wasn’t disclosed until Tuesday.

Priced at $49.99, this game is equipped with numerous enhancements to fully utilize the hardware potential of both Xbox One and PS4 consoles, as stated by EA. Pre-ordering the game on either platform will grant you additional cosmetic items such as: The “Hermit” character skin, The “Hermit” Lightsaber collection, and The “Combustion” Blaster package.

Initially launched for personal computers (PC) and contemporary gaming systems in April 2023, the game Star Wars Jedi: Survivor has earned a score of 85 on Metacritic at present.

Regarding the computer version of the game, Electronic Arts (EA) has shared that they are working on boosting its technical performance, refining controls, and making other updates, as well as implementing several user-friendly enhancements.
