Atomic Mass Games has finally unveiled the first sets of expansion packs for its tabletop game, Star Wars: Legion, focusing on the world of the Mandalorians. These packs, first hinted at in April, will let players create full armies of Mandalorian Initiates and Warriors, and even include well-known characters from the Mandalorian universe.
Released first in March 2018, Star Wars: Legion is a tabletop wargame for two players. Players command small armies of recognizable Star Wars infantry units and battle each other. Originally published by Fantasy Flight Games, Atomic Mass took over publishing in 2020. Last year, Atomic Mass Games refreshed the game, re-releasing older miniatures, adjusting some rules, and updating the game’s look and marketing. This updated version of Star Wars: Legion now includes four starter sets – one for each of the main sides – and nearly 50 expansions, bringing a huge collection of famous heroes and villains from the Star Wars universe to your tabletop.
Star Wars: Legion’s Mandalorian Expansion Is Massive
Atomic Mass Games is launching a new collection of Mandalorian-themed expansions for the Star Wars: Legion tabletop game. The highlight is the Mandalorian Special Edition Army Box, priced at $139.99. This box provides everything players need to build a 600-point Mandalorian army for the Recon level of gameplay.
This set includes 36 detailed miniatures, letting you build a Mandalorian army with 11 Initiates, 11 Warriors, the Armorer, Din Djarin, and Grogu. The Din Djarin and Grogu miniatures are exclusive to this Special Edition box. You’ll also find 12 unit cards, 12 command cards, and 15 upgrade cards to help you create different strategies. The Star Wars: Legion – Mandalorian Special Edition Army Box launches on June 19, 2026, and you can pre-order it now.
Also releasing today is a Clan Wren expansion pack for the Star Wars: Legion tabletop game. Priced at $46.99, the pack features seven miniatures based on the Mandalorian clan closely linked to Sabine Wren from Star Wars Rebels. In addition to the miniatures, it includes everything you need to play them – bases, unit cards, and upgrade cards – plus three flight stands. These stands let you display your Mandalorian figures slightly above the game table, highlighting the clan’s skill with jetpacks and aerial combat.

On June 19, 2026, Atomic Mass Games will release two new expansions for Star Wars: Legion. The Mandalorian Leaders pack ($52.99) features four detailed miniatures of key characters from The Mandalorian – Bo-Katan Kryze, The Armorer, and Paz Vizsla – plus their corresponding cards. Also available that day is the Mandalorian Super Commandos set, which includes six miniatures modeled after Darth Maul’s Death Watch soldiers, perfect for expanding Clone Wars armies.
